What medium is used for the paintings?

The paintings are acrylic paint and they are signed and varnished.

What sizes of paintings are available?

The sizes range from a 16 x 20 all the way to a 24 x 36 inch painting.  The sizes are listed by each painting.

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

If it is an existing painting, it will be shipped in 2-3 business days after payment clearance.

How are items shipped?

For all orders $500 or more shipping and handling will be included.  All items will be processed in 2-3 days after payment clearance and will be shipped via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex.  On orders less than $500, the most reasonable shipping method will be used.
 

What is your return/refund policy?

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your painting, you may return it within seven (7) calendar days of receiving it.  We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.  Cost of shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you (1) use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.  If you choose not to use a carrier who offers tracking and fail to insure  or declare the full value of the package, you will be responsible  for any loss or damage to the package during shipping.

What is your privacy policy?

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
